Conventional Load Bank / Air-Cooled

200kW Air-Cooled Resistive Load Bank

Factory-built 200kW resistive test load for full-capacity generator and UPS commissioning — step-controlled, Modbus-ready, and movable by a single engineer.

Purpose-built for full-load acceptance testing of standby generators, UPS systems and switchgear. Coarse 25% steps with fine trimming let you hold any target load point, while the onboard control system keeps the load state intact through supply interruptions.

02 / Key Advantages

Built for Uninterrupted Testing

Load Step Memory

Retains the active load step through a power interruption and automatically resumes the same load point when supply is restored — no manual re-staging mid-test.

UPS Ride-Through

An onboard UPS carries the fan cooling system through supply dips, so resistive elements continue to be cooled during transient events and shutdown sequences.

Daisy-Chain Control

Multiple units link in a daisy chain and operate as one load under unified control, scaling test capacity without additional operators or controllers.
